Windows Defender is stopping me from running my games

Hifor the last few weeks windows defender has been stopping me from running games that I have had installed for years and worked perfectly.the error that it's picking up is that steam_api.dll is a virus. the thing is that while this is a cracked file I've been using it for almost a decade, ever since i decided that it was easier to crack my games rather than keep a dvd drive around. I have never had a problem before.The problem is so bad that i can't even delete the file. it just I have a third party Anti-Virus (Avast). i uninstalled it completely and still got the same issue.I tried adding ex
