I installed cracked application and now i've got a malware which windows defender detects sometime and then after a second it's undetected

im clicking on remove but it doesn't get removed or quarantinedi've done full scan but it stops half way and settings crashes and shows the scan reports in which this malware can be found , i've alse donw widows offline scan but problem still not solvedI'm getting this :and the windows update tab says : something went wrong try to reopen settings later
