VirusTotal about the virusunable to restart as it will create bootloop (like going to advanced bio setting, updating) (alternative route to fix updating is shuttdown and reopen windows)idk how does mincrosoft safety scanner works but, when finish it did not do anything to removes.(also media download restarts will make it bootloop)system information: raven with geforce 1050 ti, itel® core i7-8750h cpu @ 2.20ghz, i have 2 disk and they are fixed
