If you were talking about a font manager, I use Extensis Suitcase: http://www.extensis.com/en/products/font_management/product_information.jsp?id=1055 If you meant font creation software, the only one I have actually heard of is Fontographer. http://www.fontlab.com/font-editor/fontographer/ ss.
