Net connection breaks starting Outlook Express

Hi guys!

 

My friend experienced the following problem:

 

He was connected to the internet. The connection is simple dsl

connection, the computer was connected directly to the adsl modem.

 

He starts the Outlook Express, and the connection breaks.

Then he called me :D

 

So I dischecked the checkbox in the OE at the account settings in

connections tab, that always connect to this account using ... and I set

up the internet options connections tab, to never dial a connection.

 

But the OE is still breaks the internet connection when it is opened.

What else could I do or is there any ideas what can be a problem with

that.
