Donald - that is the exact issue I'm having!! - I like my HP image zone but can't get it to work anymore becasue of this photogallery.msi business. However, i did what you suggested directing the installer to the photogallery.msi file on teh cd rom but it still doesn't work. I contacted HP but they're no help either. I'm sure that it all has something to do with when I installed a new DVD recorder and I installed NERO that came with it. It must have screwed things up with the file associations and even thought I unistalled nero the problem remains.
