Unable to connect to the remote server

Hello:

My interface is IIS 7 although that could be irrelevant here

I have 2 Servers 2008 64 bit

 

in IIS 7, I try connecting to server 2, and either use server 2's local

administrator's account or a domain wide administrative account, and every

time I get this message:

 

Could not connect to the specified computer

Details: Unable to connect to the remote server

 

RPC is started

 

What and where should i look to resolve this.
