RE: Installed SP3 and now cannot Standby or Hibernate

Malke asked for more information.... Laptop winbook J4 G732 with 1024MRam and

Phoenix NoteBIOSv4.0 Release v6.0. Went to Microsoft as they and you

suggested and they fiddled around with Control Panel Display and Power

settings using teamviewer. Never will I let them into my computer again. It's

taken two days for me to get it back to where I was before Microsoft tried to

help. A supervisor did call several hours later and is trying to set up

another telephone call. He suggested the Standby and Hibernation Problem may

have to do with a BIOS setting. I have tried to change but cannot find Power

Options in my BIOS. Hope this is enough info.
