Address Book Question

Both my wife and I are uding Outlook 2003 for our e-mail. She asked me if I

could put my Address Book on her computer so I went to the Knowledge Base and

downloaded quite a few documents. For a couple weeks now I have been trying

all the various methods for copying Outlook.pst and Archive.pst files to her

computer and I have been successful, but with one problem... I only want to

put my Address Book on her computer, but when I follow all the Import/Export

instructions I seem to get my entire Personal Folder with my Inbox, Saved

Documents and every other item under my Personal Folders, but no change in

her Address Book!!!

Does anyone know how to copy just my Address Book to her Outlook and nothing

else? I only seem to have .pst files. No .pab files that some of the

Knowledge Base documents refer to. Do I have to create .pab files somehow?

I would ask the question in an Outlook newsgroup.

Re: Address Book Question

You just "Open" your .Pst module. Once open navigate to the Contacts

of the Personal Folder. Then you click "Edit/Select All" and then Edit

"Copy to Folder" using her contacts as the destination. After copying

just close your .Pst file and then verify that your contacts are now also

in her Personal Folder/Contacts.
