Hi, I'm having the same problem (seehere) with the original battery not being recognised after a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium. I've followed the advice above but have not been able to find an ISBMgr file on the computer at all. I'm using a VAIO NS11J.

Can you please help?

Hi KenB

Thank you for your advice, I had a major tantrum and re-formatted my hard drive so now it works.

Sorry if I have wasted your time.
