Windows Defender does not remove virus and I cannot find the affected item.

It's been weeks ever since I've quarantined and removed this virus using Windows Defender but it still shows up every time the Defender scans my laptop. But when I use Malwarebytes to scan for malwares, it does not detect anything. Moreover, I've also tried searching the file on the disk but I can't seem to find it. Please help me remove this virus... I recently received multiple Trojan viruses (might be because of the attached image I cannot remove), and deleted some vbs files that were affected. I have no idea if those were important but the performance of my laptop slowed down. Thank you in
