How can I keep Microsoft security from blocking some iamges I buy through Silhoutte to be entered into my library after I purchase them?

I use the Silhouette website to purchase images to use with my Silhouette machine and after I purchase them they usually are automatically added to my library but I think they are being blocked from Microsoft security which I switched to recently. Before I was able to turn off the security I had when I purchase them so they would be able to be added and then I turned my security back on. Can I do this or something else?Joanne Brady
