Found a strange file after seeing up to five command prompts

The command prompts were rather quick, but the security to whatever this thing is was not. Here is one of the files I was able to extract before I could no longer find the file location. (not in perfect placement, they have copy & paste protections. regardless, I might just replace my hard drive.) The worst part about it is that I had seemingly gotten this during my studies for finals, while having Youtube in the background, noting the date as 11/28/2022. I have no clue as to how much personal info this gives off other than "Nightly usage." Some notable unusual activity would be constant j
