Guest survivor Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Just downloaded the sp3 pack with my windows xp pro and now when I log on I try to use my help and support nothing happens I have lost that function somehow.Is there any way to get this back? If I do a restore will that remove Sp 3 which is what I would like to do.

What third-party firewall (if any)?
