c cleaner

Hi , I seem to have problems accessing my hotmail and facebook account after using c cleaner this morning. Also there are problems when using google and so on. I am using Firefox. Any suggestions on how to solve this / reverse this would be appreciated.

 

I have tried to restore the system to a previous point but have not been able to reverse whatever has been deleted by ccleaner.

Ccleaner is for remove extra files(cache and cookies files).If you are getting any error msg then write here what is it showing?

1. Can you access hotmail / facebook or not ?

2. Can you access the Internet at all ?

 

3. You have tried System Restore - did this complete and restore to the chosen date ?

 

4. When you used CCleaner did you use the Registry option ?

 

5. Is it just Accessing websites you are having problems with ?

 

Please answer all 5 questions :)
