I have Java 2 Runtime Environment installed on my PC, what else could cause this error? Thanks in advance. Faram

Thanks in advance. What is the Java version installed on your computer? Find out by going to control panel > double-click your Java icon and click About. You may just need to uninstall your older versions and update to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7. Get it here: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp - Thee Chicago Wolf
