Teabags Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 :confused:I am slowly getting used to my new computer with Windows 7 but I am having a problem with my Flash player which is whenever I try and open a video clip on the BBC news a box appears saying it needs permission from the site and I have to click 'Allow' but the video is always pixelating and unwatchable. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but cannot change any of the security settings from 'Always Ask' to 'Allow' (the box is there but does nothing). Sorry to sound thick but I am a beginner and would appreciate any help please.:o Quote
Goku Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Hello Teabags. Have you tried the troubleshooting instructions listed here. If yes, then what results did it yield? -- Goku Quote
Teabags Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 (edited) Hello Teabags. Have you tried the troubleshooting instructions listed here. If yes, then what results did it yield?

-- GokuThanks for the reply but I did manage to re-set the security settings after trial and error. I have also changed my browser from IE8 to Chrome which seems to work better as well. Edited October 27, 2011 by Teabags Quote
