Window XP errors

I'll try to explain whats going on. When I turn on my computer my log in

comes up it just started that yesterday. I press okay then my computer comes

up but it does not have the taskbar, it just white, so I can't press start to

get to my control panel. I have to use the windows key on the keyboard. When

I try to run Windows Live, Norton Antivirus, Disk Fragements and other

programs it always say configuration is incorrect. I am lost please

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VJones,

 

Try running windows in safe mode and do a virus/malware scan. If it doesn't

find anything, you can allways go back to an earlier system restore point or

run WinXP Repair.
