RandyL Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Hi. Are you trying to print from a email client like Outlook or Windows Mail or trying to print from web based mail, that is by going to a website to view your mail. What method are you using to print? File>Print perhaps or maybe highliting then right clicking to select print. Do you get any errors? The more clues the better please. Quote We are all members helping other members. You should be running XP SP3 (service pack 3) and IE (Internet Explorer 8) Quote We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else. RandyL Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 In your run box type winver. This will tell you what version of Windows you have and what service pack. With Internet explorer open press ALT+H, and then click About Internet Explorer. Does anything at all happen when you try to print? Quote We are all members helping other members. RandyL Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Does anything at all happen when you try to print? Try this. Go to Start>Run. In the Run box type these commands one at a time. regsvr32 ole32.dll regsvr32 vbscript.dll regsvr32 jscript.dll After typing the first one click OK. Reboot and test the print. Repeat with the next two. Quote We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else.
