lost folders in the installation folder of wgatray.exe

hello

in a drag and drop action with one of my folders I selected the folder with

wgatray.exe as a wrong drop target. Now I have a problem:

It's not possible to get the folder back, or to look into the folder- access

is denied.

I tested the drag in with other folders - the same situation.

The System is Windows XP Service Pack 3.

How could I get the data back?
