Outlook Address Book Missing

A few day ago my 2007 Office Outlook (WIN 7) stopped displayingmy Address Book. When clicked either in a NEW message or inthe Tools pull down list a strange screen. Titled Address Book Contacts, It requires you to enter a contacts namein order to get the address.

How do I get the regular Address Book Back, PLEASE.
