Guest MDMSR Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Have an HP laptop Pavillion ZV5120 that keeps getting a BSOD "Machine Check Exception - Stop: 0x0000009c (0x00000000,0x8054DA70,0xA2000000,0x84010400). Anyone have a clue what's creating this error, and/or guide me in the right direction to find an answer? I've checked numerous places including this newsgroup area, but no luckl yet.

Guest MDMSR Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 Re: Machine Check Exception - Stop: 0x0000009c Yes, it's more information than I previously had. Not what I wanted to hear, as I don't have the resources to test the various components of the laptop, but I know of a repair shop in town that can better diagnose the problem. thank you.
