Guest working hard at home Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 After removing corrupted, file Net Framework 2.0. The installation of Net Framework 3.0 has Program called Cardspace. I have read the white pages about this but do not see any application for the home user. Could you please give a good reason why not to delete this file? Also in the Add/Remove Programs, which files is this? I am thinking it is in framework 3.0- Service Pack 1 titled Net Framework WCS. Many Thanks
Guest WindPipe Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 Re: Windows CardSpace working hard at home, (me too!) Wanting to remove this programme\addition\utility myself, I neither could found how. Short of removing .NET Framework 3.x I may not be removeable. You can hinder it by going into Control Panel | Services, locate Windows CardSpace and set it to 'Disable". Stop it if it has been started. - WindPipe "working hard at home" <workinghardathome@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BABDD0FD-2430-4E51-B512-EC940023B8DA@microsoft.com... > After removing corrupted, file Net Framework 2.0. It is not that easy to uninstall completely, as far as I can tell. -- Allan
