janec Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Hi, I recently had a big problem which was very kindly solved for me by etavares and others on this site. Part of the solution was upgrading my security to Norton 2011. However I've hit a slight problem. With my old version of Norton it filtered out most of my spam e-mails and had a "this is spam" button on Microsoft Outlook for any remaining spam. The "this is spam" has vanished and when I checked the new Norton it only provides spam support for various versions of Outlook. Understandibly it doesn't work with my version of Outlook. For some reason I'm still using Outlook 2000. I did look at buying a newer version of Outlook but I don't understand what all the different versions do and they all seem to be over £100 which I don't have. Should I download a free spam filter and if so, could anybody recommend one? Many thanks Jane Quote
