Guest sandy58 Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 I have a few gb's of music mpeg in a folder on a partition. Suddenly & for the first time ever this DEP warning pops up & I am shunted back to desktop with the mpeg partition closed. There had been no addition/ deduction from that partition for several weeks..in fact no entry into it. Can this DEP be closed/turned off/whatever reasonably safely or even reset? Any tips/hints/clues gratefully received. TIA Oh, I did remove two .mp4 "trial" files after this DEP appeared. No improvement.
