Do I need to purchase a Cert for 2008 server RemoteAPP

I am confused about the cert requirements for 2008 server RemoteAPP. Do I

need to purchase a cert for my employees to connect remotely without extra

prompts? Can I just create my own cert as purchasing one is costly?

You can create your own. Then you have the problem of getting the root to

each and every employee who will be remotely connecting. On top of that,

you need to get them to install it correctly. Certs from GoDaddy are nice

and cheap as well as other places. It doesn't need to be Verisign or Thawte

unless you want it to be.
