Stored Users and Passwords

I am having trouble with a laptop not remembering the list of stored users

and passwords after a reboot.

 

I am able to add new entries to the Stored Users and Passwords and they work

fine but after a reboot all entries are lost and need to be recreated.

 

Does anyone have any possible solutions?
