Fatal error 80004005 when I try to OPEN HP Image Zone icon from start Menu

Is the Image Zone part of another HP product (like printer, digital

camera or scanner.)

 

If yes, you may need to remove those HP software modules / drivers and

re-install them.

 

Also, you may need to look on HP tech support web site for:

 

1) Details on this problem in their notes.

 

2) Updates.

Thanks,

if I unstall the HP program and re-install will I loose the pictures?

 

I can save the current program to my removable F file disc, but when I try

to open from there same error comes up.

 

I have a lots of pixs on this program.

1. Contact HP tech support for help with their program.

 

2. Create and implement a backup strategy.

I uninstalled the scanner

and re installed it

I replaced the power and computer cords

HP SOLUTION CENTER HAS

scanner

printer works fine
