You need to replace OE. Then: Can I replace IE7 without deleting it. What do you want to replace? If Outlook Express, why. Removing and reinstalling OE seldom fixes anything. Nevertheless, you cannot delete IE inasmuch as it is now part of the operating system. You can replace Internet Explorer. You can disable Internet Explorer. But you can't delete it.
