Question about windows 2003 domain policy

Dear:

I made a domain policy on my domain. Our DC is Windows server 2003.the

policy is unify the all clients' wallpaper. but only if the client is

windows xp, it is OK, if client is windows 2000, it don't work. i did not

think of why.
