Server 2008 Printer spooler stops - Help!!

I have a new Server 2008 server that has been running for about 2 weeks.

Starting yesterday the Print spooler has just started to stop about every

minute. I restart the Print Spooler and it runs for about another minute

and stops. It does not show any errors in the Event log.

any new printers/drivers added

 

is the spooler crashing?

 

take a look c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\wer\ReportQueue

 

are there any recent entries?

 

Look for Service Manager errors for service failures. I the spooler

crashes, it can't write errors.
