Guest chili15 Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 When I try to access Help and Support I get the following message:( Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named Help and Support.) I have typed in Run:services.msc, and found Help and Support set on automatic. I have tried a number of reg edits from the Registry XP tweaks site, but nothing seems to help. Would it help if I re-installed Service Pack 2, and if I did would I lose any of my programs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If I re-install Service Pack2 will it restore help and support, and if so will it affect my current programs?
