Phantom Virtual Drive

Hello all,

I have an extra drive showing up in the Explorer window designated as

"DVD-RAM Drive (G:)" which I think was created by Alcohol 120% software

program. I uninstalled Alcohol but the Virtual drive still appears and is

using a drive letter.

Is there any way to get rid of it?

RE: Phantom Virtual Drive

Hell again,

Found a solution on the Alcohol website. Seems that if you

install/uninstall different versions of Alcohol it sometimes forgets about

getting rid of the Virtual drive it created using something called SPTD.

Anyway, I downloaded a stand-alone version of SPTD which allows you to delete

the Virtual Drive(s) that Alcohol creates from the following website:

http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads

I also had to go into Windows Disk Management and reassign drive letters for

all drives connected to my system to get rid of the drive letter gaps.

Okay, I'm happy now :-)
