KenB Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Hi and welcome to ExTS The message actually says " ......when these conflicting applications are closed" You don't need to "turn it off" - all you have to do is click the red X in the top right corner when you are viewing an internet page. It may show at the bottom of the screen in a panel with a blue "e". If it is there - right click on it > Close. when i install it The box you have posted says "Uninstall ......" ??
