IIS 5.1 Configuration button doesn't work

Hi,

 

I installed IIS 5.1 on IBM T43 laptop with XP pro SP2

 

I tried to config the default web --> properties --> home directory

 

then click on the configuration button (that is not disabled) and no window

is open.

 

I tried to uninstall and install it again (about 10 times) and always have

the same problem.
