Guest Andrew E. Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 RE: Problems after SP3 Installation To uninstall SP3,chk the box at the top of page in "add remove programs" show updates box. However, for flash player fix,try internet options, settings, view objects, locate flash,R.click, select "update",might do the same for the rest of them, close when thru. Guest Mick Murphy Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 RE: Problems after SP3 Installation Try this instead. Use the flash uninstall tool at the Adobe link below to remove Flash. Then re-install Flash. Something has corrupted the Flash Add-on. http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1 -- Mick Murphy - Qld - Australia "bronxbabe" wrote: > after updating to sp3, i've been unable to play videos online. i'm told > flash player is needed, but it IS installed. this has only started happening > after the sp3 update. any way to roll back from sp3?

There likely isn't a need to, since the problem is likely just with the Flash player. Remove the Flash player and install a new version. HTH -pk
