Problems after SP3 Installation

after updating to sp3, i've been unable to play videos online. i'm told

flash player is needed, but it IS installed. this has only started happening

after the sp3 update. any way to roll back from sp3?

To uninstall SP3,chk the box at the top of page in "add remove programs"

show updates box.However,for flash player fix,try internet options,settings,

view objects,locate flash,R.click,select "update",might do the same for the

rest of them,close when thru.

Try this instead.

Use the flash uninstall tool at the Adobe link below to remove Flash.

Then re-install Flash.

Something has corrupted the Flash Add-on.

There likely isn't a need to, since the problem is likely just with the

Flash player.

 

Remove the Flash player and install a new version.
