Printer redirection

Hi,

I'm not sure what caused this but...

I had all my remote users printer redirections working fine before today.

Now it's defaulting to the microsoft document imagining printer, and there

are plenty of printer sessions on the terminal server that were not there

before.

I can't delete these sessions, and not sure why the re-direction wont work.

The RDP client hasn't changed.

I need these sessions to redirect to their local printer.

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Printer redirection

Check the EventLog, my guess is that the printer spooler service

crashed.

And that in it's turn is usually caused by a bad (read: 3rd party)

printer driver.
