I check edon the event viewer and there were two events:

and

Re: Error when applying quota and screening using FSRM on windows

Hi,

the following two errors are also found in WMIDIAG.log file:

..2266 09:05:54 (1) !! ERROR: (CheckWMIProviderRegistration) : WMI Provider

'HPELEMENTCONFORMSTOPROFILEPROV' DCOM registration data

'{B84CFB83-78C9-466E-A528-7CE1C4E297D4}' is missing or is access denied.

..2540 09:05:56 (1) !! ERROR: (CheckWMIClasses) : WMI Class

'HP_ElementConformsToProfile' still references the WMI Provider

'HPELEMENTCONFORMSTOPROFILEPROV' in namespace 'ROOT/INTEROP', which has no

DCOM registration data.

do they relate to my problem!

Thank You!
