The staff here will not help anyone with retrieving forgotten passwords. Whilst you may be legitimate in your description of the problem, we have no way of telling that you are genuine. You have to try and look at things from our point of view..... anyone could say this to try and gain access to your account. We can not assist anyone into hacking into a system or email account. Doing this would make the site responsible for any breach of security or data theft. As we cannot help with this problem, this thread will now be closed. Thanks for the understanding. Member of:UNITE
