Note Pad Message

[Guest Robinafix]

When i start up my computer, i get a Note Pad message that says:

 

[.ShellClassInfo]

LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

 

Can you please tell me how to get rid of this message.
