Usually there is the name used for a login as the profile name. IOW, "Home Computer" is an odd name for a user; there is a Desktop for every user or profile who logs onto that computer. C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop C:\Documents and Settings\Genius\Desktop The Desktop is not directly under the name of the computer (but the user) which is more likely to be named Home^Computer. So are you sure you are looking for the Desktop in the right place?
