borofc Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 hi, i have made a backup of my pc using Samsung Recovery Solution 4 can anybody tell me if i can use this back up on another pc or will it only work using a pc with this program on it. Quote

If so the answer will be no it will only work on the original PC. That is because being a full image it will contain the original Windows operating system. Windows is clever enough to recognise either the hardware it was registered to, and therefore will work, or will recognise a different hardware environment and refuse to boot. Nev.
