Transferring photos from ipod to computer

Is there any way you can transfer photos from ipod to iTune or computer without using extra software or is there a safe and free program I could download - I will only be doing this transfer once?

 

I have tried downloading about four transfer tools which say they are free but none of them are and some only allow 4-6 photos in trial versions.

 

I read, somewhere in the itunes help, that you can change the ipod to be used as an 'external disk' but I can't manage to set this up as described.

Email is my favourite method of transferring i-phone photos from my Mac or PC. Really help me more . In my opinion this method is the simplest and probably the quickest way of doing transfer i-phone photos.

Or you can use i-tunes and i-cloud to achieve it !

The best software for this is Syncios - its free and also great for moving video files about too - and has no size limits like iTunes has. Makes transfers as easy and using a pc browser.

Cloud server such like Dropbox is more easier to transfer photos between different devices.
