Problem with Remote Desktop Options

We are using Remote Desktop for our administrators to connect to a new

server. We want to go ahead and set up the options and credentials but some

workstations have this ability and other workstations don't. Why? When I

open up my own Remote Desktop (V 6.0), I am able to put the remote address

in, but when I click Options, it tells me that it will ask me for my

credentials when I connect. We want these settings automatic for our users.

Our users are running Windows XP SP2 and SP3. Would the service pack make a

difference? Thanks for the help!

SP3 now comes with Remote Desktop 6.1 and a couple of the changes in

6.1 may be what's causing this.

Additionally, you can update your SP2 folks to the Remote Desktop

Client 6.1 by getting the update from here:

Thank you so much. I will try updating the client and see what happens.
