maxjmay Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 Windows 7 stays on the Starting Windows screen for a couple of minutes before eventually loading the log in screen. The computer is then slower than usual, and when shutting down it always has a windows update to install. This all started a couple of months ago but I've never had chance to investigate the problem. maxjmay Posted December 22, 2011 Author Posted December 22, 2011 I had AVG installed, but I just removed it and the computer was a bit quicker. Not sure what the update is, but I leave my computer to shut down automatically when it has finished updating. Quote
