File share permissions

I'm having a problem. I have a public and restriced folder on a share drive.

Some one is moving the public folder into the restricted folder. Is there any

way for me to prevent this folder from being moved, without taking away the

modify permissions?

You could create a duplicate of the public folder name (without contents!)

in the restricted folder area, then hide it and protect it so that nobody

can

access or rename it.

Using special access permissions you could deny "delete" on the folder,

a move is a copy and delete.
