usb port one and two not working

Please help,

I have a dell inspiron 1150 that both USB Ports are not working Not sure

why, all was fine then I did the updates from MS and now they dont work for

any type of device I try. I've just added the new service pac 3 and Im using

XP. Thanks for any assistance
