Getting log files for a single programme...

Hi all!

 

We have problems with a programme, which at one customers site

crashes. It has its own logfile, but that does not tell us much.

I recall win98 having separate log files for each executed prg, which

could be usefull now.

 

The prg just dies (closes without anything so they say) and the *.evt

files and our logfiles does not tell anything.

 

The only thing I can see is that our "end marker" is missing, but our

"start marker" is there, some minutes after the last action (which is

normal action), so we are missing that in between.

As I understand it, there is not even a window asking "this prg needs

to close".

 

Can I get other logfiles, as I could on W98?
