I have had this problem for years!

Courtney's answer was so totally simple and IT WORKED!

Microsoft did not have a working answer in the multitude of places I looked.

Microsoft should send out an "all points bulletin" to all the frustrated

users, giving Courtney credit and a monetary reward.
