KenB Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 If you don't have on-board video I am uncertain as to why you have 2 VGA sockets. You can get 2 on the same Video Card - but I would expect both to give you an output. What is the make and model number of your computer? If you don't have on-board Video the next option is either to try the card in another system or buy a new card to try. KenB Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I can't locate the specs for your computer. The Packard Bell site is useless! It is easy enough to find if you have onboard video - take the panel off and have a look. If the 2 VGA sockets are connected to the card then you don't have onboard. Your card is running hot. If the 2 VGA sockets are on the one card and one of them isn't working then this is another indication that the card is on it's way out. I think it needs replacing. The only way to test it is to put it in another system and run speccy again to see what the temps are.
